A 30 minute drive from Low Costa Mill brings you to the famous city of York, with it’s historic charm in abundance - visit the impressive Minster & journey back in time in the Jorvik Viking Centre.

For those who wish to dine out, the area also hosts a variety of friendly country pubs & quality restaurants.

 
Close by is Castle Howard, this was the setting for the period drama ‘Brideshead Revisited’, and is one of Britain's finest historic houses.
