Whatever the weather, you can be guaranteed hours of fun in the indoor heated swimming pool & jacuzzi. For the little ones there is an adjacent children’s pool - all are open from 8am to 10pm the whole year round.

Each of the cottages has a colour TV & digibox, video or DVD, conventional & microwave ovens. All except Carters Cottage, have dishwashers too.

There is a payphone in the information area at the entrance to the swimming pool & for those cottages without a washing machine there is a laundry room and a freezer.

For Fly fishing fanatics, this comes *free of charge too & you will find the Costa beck is well stocked with trout & grayling. You may even catch a glimpse of the resident kingfishers & the shy grey heron going about his business.

The surrounding countryside is superb for walkers, cyclists & wildlife enthusiasts. Horse riding is available at several stables in the area too & golfers are ‘well catered for’, with 18 hole courses a few miles down the road at Kirbymoorside, Malton and Ganton.
